I only skimmed a few threads, enough to discover your planned deception, but seeing how it seems to be a base of operations, it made sense to direct people that way.
I haven’t taken greater action because it didn’t seem important. Talking about deceiving me is desirably evil. Actually attempting to follow through with such deception, however, is foolish.
Needless to say I will be keeping tabs on all your efforts. Despite your talk of deception, I see real action being taken, and that pleases me. Much more that some of the other things in this world are, right now…

You also aquired information regarding our groups objectives, meaning you know we are currently looking for a way to send the outsiders back to their worlds.
We don’t request, nor require your help. We also have no reason to try and help you. The manager candidates did so to gather information and keep tabs on your movements.
We do however share a common goal. While you seek the position of wizard, you do so because, and only because, you see no way to return to Oz. When we find a way, you’ll certainly wish to take that opportunity.
In that sense, I’d like to point to the path of mutual benefit.
You may continue your study of this world rules as you wish and pursue whatever goals you see fit and we will work through our puzzles to find a way back to all outsiders.
When such a path is completed, you’ll be invited by us to take it. In return, you may feel free to share any information you see as potential help to our search, such as other outsiders you could happen to find, for the sake of completing the pathway back as soon as possible.
There are no promises. No deadlines. I, myself, can’t even assure you that such a resolution will be possible. But as we stand now, our goals are the same and both our sides could enjoy this extra clarity if nothing else.
